If you are having issues with your Launcher closing instead of opening Syn3 Updater try the following fixes.

On your computer browse to the following folder

C:\ProgramData\CyanLabs\Syn3Updater

Once at that location delete the file named LauncherPrefs.json

Try to launch Syn3 Updater again and the issue should be resolved, if it's still not working browse to this folder (you can just copy and paste this in to your Windows Explorer address bar

%localappdata%\CyanLabs\Syn3Updater

Once at that location delete all the files and folders and try to launch Syn3 Updater again
